Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://theresehandymansolutions.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Therese Handyman Solutions reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Furniture Assembly, Ceiling Fan Installation, Door Trim Installation, Light Fixture Installation, Window Blinds Installation provided by Therese Handyman Solutions. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Therese Handyman Solutions (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Therese Handyman Solutions may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Therese Handyman Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Therese Handyman Solutions's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Therese Handyman Solutions against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by KY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in KY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
